Community Impact and Involvement

Our parents are supportive of our learning community. They help in classrooms, fundraising, support school projects, and participate in our School Advisory and Decision Making Councils. Our parents and staff enjoy a strong Home-School-Community connection through family centered activities offered throughout the school year such as: Astronomy Night, Movie Nights, Holiday Programs, Multicultural Celebrations, Centennial Celebration, Talent Show, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Pumpkin Patch, Read Across America Week, Red Ribbon Week, Student of the Month Assemblies, Back to School Night, Open House, Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences.

Vinedale also partners with local businesses that proudly support our school: In-n-Out Burger, Dollar Tree, Vulcan Materials Company, Bud's Donuts, Sol del Valle, Tierra del Sol, Village Christian School, Totally Kids, Winds of Hope, and Pepperwood Riding Center.

The Vinedale Staff is committed to providing a high-quality educational program to the students of Sun Valley. Vinedale College Preparatory Academy has over 100 years of experience serving this community. Now, like in years past, we have and will continue to advocate for the students of Sun Valley because we believe that we know what is best for our students. We have always viewed our parents as partners in the education of our students, and will continue to do so as we transition to a new K-8 configuration.
